INSTRUCTOR 1 – SG 12, 5) REGISTRAR II -SG 15, 6) LIBRARIAN 1-SG 11, 7) NURSE 1 -SG 15 AND 8) GUIDANCE COUNCILOR II – SG 12 0F THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF UBAY, BOHOL, AS ALLOWABLE, PROVIDED THAT IT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS 0F CSC MC 19, SERIES OF 1992, LBC 1992, LBC 61 AS AMENDED BY LBC 137 DATED JULY 13, 2021, SECTION 76 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991, LBC 53 AND CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 2007-6 0F THE MANUAL ON POSITION CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION SECTION, 9.2.1.5, PROVIDED FURTHER THAT THE NEWLY-CREATED POSITION SHALL BE ALLOCATED WITH CORRESPONDING APPROPRIATION FOR BASIC SALARY INCLUDING ALL ASSOCIATED COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS THROUGH SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET IN 2022 0R ANNUAL BUDGET IN 2023 WITH APPROPRIATE PERSONNEL SCHEDULE AND THAT IT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE 45% PS LIMITATI0N, PROVIDED FURTHERMORE THAT ALL MANDATORY POSITIONS REQUIRED UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE AND OTHER LAWS HAVE BEEN CREATED AND PROVIDED WITH FUNDING AND THAT THE NEWLY-CREATED POSITIONS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO COA, CSC LAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS, PER RECOMMENDATION BY THE PROVINCIAL BUDGET OFFICER.
