The Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh) met with the domestic stock corporation SeedWorks Philippines Inc. for a courtesy call on June 29, 2023, at the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA).
OPA Seeds Coordinator Lorieben Lagapa welcomed SeedWorks Philippines’ Sales Area Manager Jayrome Rala and Technical Sales Representative Husher Davila. SeedWorks Philippines, a Laguna-based company, is involved in breeding, producing, and marketing hybrid seeds of rice, corn, and vegetables.
Lagapa said this courtesy call is part of PGBh’s initiative to strengthen public-private partnerships in creating a collaborative effort that can impact local agricultural communities, especially in the Provincial Government’s Strategic Agenda of creating a climate-smart Agricultural industry in the Province.
