The event, originally scheduled for February 6, was rescheduled following Typhoon Basyang’s impact, as local officials prioritized emergency response operations.
The awarding was organized by RDRRMC-Central Visayas in coordination with OCD 7, highlighting sustained efforts to enhance resilience and emergency management systems across the region.
Under Aumentado’s leadership, the recognition reaffirms Bohol’s continuing efforts to build disaster-resilient communities through coordinated planning, preparedness, and response mechanisms as aligned with the Strategic Governance Roadmap. (𝐏𝐈𝐌𝐎/𝐉𝐒𝐒)
