The Engineering and Technical Administration and Management Services Division implemented key infrastructure and maintenance initiatives, including the completion of security guard outposts near the Provincial Engineer’s Office and Provincial Motor Pool, construction of a storm drainage system between the New Capitol and the Hall of Justice, and improvements to the Capitol Food Hub and Constituency Services Office.

The division also responded to 1,767 repair and maintenance requests and conducted 398 pre- and post-inspections, while providing technical and logistical support to major provincial events, including the UBE Festival, Sandugo sa Bohol 2025, Miss Bohol 2025, and the State of the Province Address (SOPA).

Meanwhile, the Janitorial Management Services ensured the cleanliness and orderliness of provincial buildings, offices, parks, and plazas, and supervised outsourced janitorial services in key facilities of the Provincial Government.

The Archival, Property and Records (APR) Division strengthened records and asset management through the processing of records requests, facilitation of property transfers and disposal of unserviceable items, renewal of insurance coverage for provincial buildings, and deployment of the PGSIS records and inventory system across 20 offices. The division also monitored and recorded more than 5,000 incoming and outgoing communications in 2025.

Under the Administrative Division, inspection services covered newly delivered goods, infrastructure projects, fuel and lubricants, and daily food supplies for the Bohol District Jail, while Human Resources Management and Development Services monitored employee performance and conducted in-house activities to enhance workforce capability.

For 2026, the PGSO outlined continuing and priority projects, including the construction of the PGSO Warehouse, completion of slope protection works at the back of the Capitol, finalization of the Capitol Solar Power System, and procurement of additional service and garbage trucks. The office will likewise support major provincial initiatives such as the development of a Master Plan for the Tagbilaran Old Airport, the construction of a hospital in Loay, and the establishment of a government center in Cortes.

Anchored on the Capitol’s Strategic Governance Roadmap, the Provincial Government of Bohol continues to strengthen institutional systems and service delivery mechanisms, reinforcing the province’s commitment to sustainable development in the country’s first and only UNESCO Global Geopark.
