Performance Management System - Office Performance Evaluation System (PMS-OPES) Manual

A manual used to monitor the performance of individual personnel and offices of the provincial government of Bohol every six months, comparing performance targets against accomplishments or outputs. Used as basis for payment of the productivity incentive bonus and promotion of employees. Available in PDF at the Human Resource Management and Development Office (HRMDO).
