INVITATION TO BID / REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Provincial Government of Bohol through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites Contractors registered within and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PBAC) to apply for eligibility, and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contracts:

Prospective Bidders have completed a similar single contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the Eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The BAC will issue bidding documents to interested Bidders for the above mentioned project  upon payment of a non-refundable amount pursuant to Provincial Ordinance No. 2004-21. The Provincial Government of Bohol assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bids.

The Bids and Awards Committee of the Province of Bohol reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or formality therein and to accept bids considered complying and most advantageous to the government.
