     Transparency is very important in the procurement process. To ensure that all parties involved in the bidding process have equal oppurtunities to air out their complaints and grievances, the Bids and Awards Committee(BAC) Secretariat, created a complaints handling mechanism. The system is designed to provide end users, service providers and the general public a venue to resolve procurement related issues and concerns.


    The complaints handling system address the needs of both internal and extrernal clients of the BAC Secretariat. Complaints can be lodge through the:

          (1) PGBh website at www.bohol.gov.ph
          (2) Drop Box located at BAC Entrance Door; or
          (3) Personal appearance at the BAC Office.
